SAGINAW, Michigan—July 13, 2018 —Means Industries, a global leader in automotive propulsion system technology, today has unveiled a new brand strategy and corporate identity.
As part of this rollout, TransForm Automotive has been melded into the Means company name, with the new external corporate identity supported by two collaborative business units. The brand strategy is to implement consolidation around the Means brand (and logo) while creating strategic business unit identities around “TransForm Products” and “Propulsion Systems”.
"Use of the Company and Brand Themes will present a uniform, standard look to our customers, partners, potential employees and the industry as a whole,” said Jeremy Holt, President of Means. “The goal of this brand strategy is to support Means’ strategic vision and position our company as a global leader in transmission product and process design capabilities as well as electrified propulsion systems technology.”
These organizational changes are designed to support Means’ strategic vision and best position products, processes and capabilities for future success in that direction. Using common branding and messaging will help customers, collaborators, and would be employees recognize the unique value offered.
